Zero stars for zero effort. Told not to even try because of the way they make their ice cream. Don’t bother going here.

I am currently here and just asked my waitress for a gluten free menu or how will I know what is gluten free. I got the reply "sorry we don't cater to gluten free and pretty much don't have anything gluten free." I stood in line for an hour just to try this place because this app said it was gluten free and now she says this.

They said they have no gluten free options. They told us, most people takes the pill after they eat if they are celiac. Clearly they have no clue.

Homemade delicious icecream! Huge scoops! The employee didn't know about GF but I went inside and spoke with the manager and she was very sweet and helpful. We almost left empty handed and that would have been a mistake!

No gluten free ice cream and no designated entree's gluten free. Servers were not sure about anything. Hard to believe this was a choice of Delight magazine.

Jaxson's is known as South Florida's favorite old-fashioned ice cream parlour and restaurant, so don't be surprised if have to wait in line. The cocoa is well wor th the visit. Ask for a scoop of ice cream with the hot chocolate and you've got a match made in heaven.

The waitet was dont know about gluten free ice cream. Bur the boss yes. The ice cream was very good

According to the staff at Jaxsons - the only ice cream they make/have that contains gluten are those flavours that contain cookies (specifically Oreo and cookie dough flavours) - so I went to town and had 3 scoops of other flavours - no problems for me yet - this place has amazing ice cream and they make it themselves with natural ingredients
