Writing this review for the cafeteria. Was blessed to have a kind worker help me out. At the cafeteria breakfast safe foods are eggs, sausage, and home fries. For lunch, the beef chili and vegetarian chili is safe, and he said the soup of the day if it’s not cream based is safe. Hotdog or burger are safe. The man helping me grilled up a fresh burger patty for my son to have! I’m so thankful for him!

Just rating the overall resort since it all rolls under the same umbrella. We did reach out to the resort ahead of time and they did provide allergen menus for a couple of the main restaurants. There was good food and they were able to accommodate many items but the biggest issue is the lack of friers. If they had dedicated friers the menu would open up quite a bit but without it there were no truffle fries at Alice’s table and no nachos at Howies among other items. The pizzas at Mountain Dicks were good, though the first night we were there they had run out of gf crusts so that was a bit disappointing. The cafe does have a gf brownie but nothing more. The ramen truck and the Waffle House don’t offer anything gf and the on site grocery was also limited in gf offerings. What we did eat was very good and we felt safe and my daughter had no reaction, but there are some easy changes to really increase the options for Celiacs.
