I went here with family because I thought it might be okay, per this website. They have GF buns and pizza crusts, but no labels on the menu or separate GF menu, and the server seemed to be assuming things were gluten free instead of actually being knowledgeable, so I did not eat here. I was told the kitchen could accommodate a gluten allergy, so others may have better luck here, I just did not know what I could safely order with the server being clueless.

The wait staff was fairly knowledgeable, but no markings on menu or gluten-free menu. All of their meats are gluten-free, except the pork. (Hint: most of their stuff has pork.) That said, the brisket sandwich on a GF bun was excellent, and all their sauces are GF. Very few GF side options, and my chips were stale. But I'll definitely go back for that sandwich!

Brisket, Turkey and ribs are gluten free. Gluten free bun available, gluten free pizza crust available. Chips are gluten free for nachos. Hostess was very knowledgeable. Also for gluten free, potato salad, slaw, sweet potato fries, veggies and tots.
