While the food is definitely good, it was a bit lacking in flavor for me. I ordered the Irish Hash, biscuit with butter and jam; my husband ordered the waffle with strawberries. The hash was cooked well: the potatoes were nice and crispy, the corned beef cubed into bite sized pieces, and the Brussels Sprouts roasted until crispy. However, there was nothing added to the flavor, no salt and pepper from what I could taste, no onion or garlic, etc. The burnt outer leaves of the Brussels Sprouts detracted from the flavor of everything else. The biscuit was good, but not as good IMO as the frozen Cappello's you can buy at the store and bake at home. The waffle was also good, but again, lacking in any kind of flavor that would make it stand out, such as a hint of vanilla or the like. If I drive through here again, I will probably try a different restaurant.
