Review of Jem's Confections

I have tested at least 4 of their cupcakes during different visits with my Nima and all have been gluten free! They clean the whole kitchen one afternoon a week and only make GF cupcakes. They keep the GF on the top shelf and box them separately to avoid contamination. And they are outstanding!
