Ask for an allergy scoop & they will scoop out of a new uncontaminated container! Great service & most of the flavors are GF! No GF cones though.
I got cookies and cream it’s was amazing .But they said that there sugar cones were GF but they are not I ended up throwing up that night

Lot of gf flavors that aren’t usually gluten free! My favorites are the peanut butter with chocolate flecks, and the cookies and cream! Overpriced but honestly worth it it’s so good
every flavor I tried was SUPER sweet, a little too much for my taste, but the creaminess was awesome and there were a TON of GF options. Staff is knowledgeable and got an allergy scoop from the back containers!
Delicious (if overpriced) ice cream. They’re very accommodating— tell them you need an allergy scoop for celiac and they’ll go to the back to get you a scoop of ice cream from a fresh bin that hasn’t been cross contaminated. They give “normal” people a bit of waffle cone in their ice cream bowls, so make sure they know you don’t want that. Pro tip: if you go to smoke daddy across the street for BBQ first, you get a 25% off coupon for jenis afterward! Perfect GF date night.
Awesome knowledgable staff! My son and I both explained our allergy. We got fresh scoops from an unopened flavors in the back. The Darkest Chocolate is amazing.
I love when they do their gluten free cake in ice cream! It was a wedding cake when I visited this time and it was wonderful.

Went here with my 7 year old son who is both a giant cubs fan and has celiac.This place had all the GF ice creams labeled and when told that my son had celiac went in back to scoop out of new container with dedicated scoopers. They knew automaticly what to do without giving me that confused look when asked about doing just that!
I went to the Southport Ave location but I assume they're all similar. All of the items are clearly marked and most of them are marked gluten free. I had the cookies and cream for the first time in forever.
Because this is during COVID times, you can’t approach the counter where the ice creams are (at least at the west loop location; you order at a register from inside the front door). However they have a sign posted that says to alert cashier of any food allergies.
They have a couple of gluten free flavors and a couple of dairy free options. But best of all is there are 3 gluten free AND dairy free options!
This was such a brilliant experience with clear labeling. No such bore as vanilla and chocolate! I enjoyed banana cream brulee and goat cheese cherry - both blew me away!
Amazing ice cream with lots of different flavors! Tell them you have an allergy... and they will get a new scooper and get it from a tub in the back to avoid cc. All flavors are marked GF on the glass in front of them.
Fantastic! Everything is clearly marked as GF. They also have DF and vegan options as well. Flavors are unique- I got GF Gooey Butter Cake 😋
Yummy ice cream with several gf choices. Cross contamination possible but staff were very willing to scoop from the back where there was no cc at all, and they knew the drill for doing it without being instructed.
They list which ice creams are gluten free and got me a clean scoop from an un-opened container in the back. It was delicious!!

The ice cream was delicious. They offered to scoop ice cream in the back from fresh container. They do not have gluten-free waffle cones. Almost all of flavors are gluten-free.

Great GF options - and with gluten allergy they do go out the back to get your scoops so guaranteed no cross contamination. Yum!!
Celiac friendly and so delicious! A lot of flavors are gluten free. They are willing to do an “allergy scoop” for any flavors they have in back where they use a fresh spoon and open a new carton of ice cream to scoop from, so there is no cross-contamination. A little prices, but it is so nice to have a Celiac-friendly ice cream place!
Many flavors are gluten free and delicious! Including flavors like Ooey butter cake and birthday cake. The employees took my allergy seriously and can do an “allergy scoop” to prevent cross contamination. Gluten free items marked on flavors and they also have pints to go!
