Went here for ice cream and I let them know I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and they were AMAZING. Got a brand new tub of ice ream out of the freezer and used a new scooper. They were also really nice about my allergy.

So many delicious options available! They were marked right above the containers for me to see allergen ingredients and the staff was super knowledgeable when I asked them questions. Unfortunately, the 2 vegan options were NOT GF.

Delicious gluten free offerings..much more than the norm! They even had several “cookie” or “cake” flavors that were gf! So that was fun to get cookies and cream or pumpkin cake

Great flavors. Staff was very nice and helpful. Right after mentioning I had celiac, they confirmed my ice cream choice was gf, changed gloves with hand was in between, got a new ice cream container from in back, new clean scoop, and dish from in back. Delicious ice cream- felt ‘normal’ ordering.

Gluten free and dairy free were marked on the menu. The ice cream was so creamy I couldn’t believe it was dairy free. So good! I had the dark chocolate truffle and the coffee and coconut cream

When I mentioned Celiac Disease the staff told me he could do “allergen scoops” from fresh containers in the back and pointed out to me his favorite flavors that are GF (all the GF flavors are also clearly labeled on the case). Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had and felt great afterwards (I’m very sensitive).

Great gluten free and dairy free ice cream options. They had 4 flavors to choose from for vegan ice cream and 3 of them were gluten free. I am gluten free dairy free. Unfortunately the flavor I picked was vegan but not gluten free. I explained I couldn’t have the cone because I need gluten free and they still served me an ice cream with gluten. Partially my fault I could have been more specific.
If you mention celiac, they will get a tub from the back for you! No GF cones, but many flavors (including ones with mix-ins like Gooey Butter Cake) are GF.

Wonderful gluten-free ice-creams. Lots of gf flavors. They are very careful about avoiding cross-contamination. The server went in the back to a gluten free container and used clean utensils.

I was so excited to visit again; my first experience was during pregnancy and I have been dreaming of the goat cheese cherry ice cream ever since. Sadly, my visit was a big disappointment. The current staff needs allergy training ASAP. I asked for an allergy scoop, explaining I needed GF ice cream that had not been contaminated but a scoop that had touched a cone. After some back and forth with other staff and some rude remarks about me, the young employee disappeared, presumably to get the unopened tub. He returned about 10 min later, proceeds to try and scoop the very frozen container, which I understand isn’t easy. None of the employees were wearing gloves, they were not wearing hats or hairnets. After about 10 min, they employee tries to hand me the tiniest dish of ice cream, topped with a waffle cone. Sigh. I said no, and he said “you don’t want it? “ I really shouldn’t have to explain why this is a problem. Again, more muttering from the employee and snotty comments from the team. I would have just walked out, but I had already paid; had already been waiting for about 15 min, and really didn’t want to hold anyone up so I could be refunded. At this point I was embarrassed and sad. I finally got my ice cream, but noticed that the employee didn’t wash his hands before handling my food, touching gluten, and not even wearing gloves before scooping my ice cream for the second time. I probably should have just left. Stupidly, I ate it. I have now been sick for the last 24 hrs, with no end in sight. I expect better from a company that is supposed to be allergy aware. When we were here before; we had no issues, and I have no issues in Durham, NC. Sadly, it seems that the training and service has gone down hill. If you have Celiac, I would probably stay away.

Great experience! Many ice creams were marked gluten free (several were also dairy free). The person working got a brand new container from the back, got a new scoop, and a clean container of warm water to warm the scoop. She washed her hands multiple times and changed her gloves. Finally, she got a spoon from a new package under the counter. We were very impressed and my son was excited to have a great mint chocolate chip ice cream.
