Jennie's Smoked Burgers and Tornado Fries

This was a great Burger and some yummy tornado fries. The only reason why I'm giving it four stars is because I was very nervous after I ordered. The lady taking my order did not explain anything and I had no idea how safe it was. She didn't want to help me and seemed annoyed that I asked. The burger came wrapped in lettuce and it was almost too much for a single patty. It's a good burger and cheaper than other gluten free burgers in the area that I've found.

nothing about this place is gf except separate fryer. Per the manager, they don't have separate cutting boards or separate prep areas. Not safe for celiac disease folks!!!!!!

Best burger in Fredericksburg. Very knowledgeable an accommodating to my wife, who is gluten intolerant. They made her a lettuce bacon burger which she said was incredible. Fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer upon request.
