They have a dedicated fryer and their French fries leave the skins on and are the best in Southern Illinois. They have a dedicated work area. I usually order the fruit nut salad wrap which has a delicious orange-based dressing plus deep fried chicken fingers that are GF. Great service. Moved to new location in Marion Illinois.
