The owners mother had celiac so he was very aware of CC. He is new management as of October 2020. Menu has gf buns, pizza and dressings for salad with GF option. Separate fryer for fries if requested. Had a great experience!

They have plenty of gluten free options and the food is very tasty! We loved the gluten free pizza! It's not a dedicated gluten free facility so there my have been some cross contamination, but was pretty good. We'll be back! Yum!

The staff at this restaurant was incredible. Ruben, the kitchen manager, went above and beyond to make sure that I would not get sick. He told me he wiped down the entire kitchen and went over every single ingredient in the pasta to make sure I could eat it. He was also very knowledgeable about gluten and celiac disease. Highly recommend this place!!

They are so friendly! A couple owns the place. Although they have gluten free pasta and pizza, the wife advised me to get the salad because she could guarantee the salad dressing was gluten free and did not want me to risk any chance of cross-contamination because I have celiac, rather than an intolerance. The pizza sounded amazing, so I decided to go for it, anyway. Her husband came out to let us know they were taking every precaution. They'd all changed gloves and utensils, opened a new sauce, scrubbed down the area, and assigned someone to oversee that our food was not cross-contaminated. It was delicious!!! I highly recommend this place!

Not exactly sure what Shannon 1 star wanted from this mom and pop place? This is a small town and I was appreciative that they had actual gf food instead of just the usual courtesy gf bun. Not the best food, but not even close to the worst. Do not come to this place if you are looking for city service. They are on a different state of time in Prosser :)
