First time trying this establishment. I was hoping for a good gluten free pizza. The pizza crust was average, seems to be the same pre-made crust most places use. So it's dry, burnt on the edge and not very chewy. The sauce was pretty good, which makes up for the crust. However, they must not do anything to minimize cross-contamination. I woke up the following morning feeling like I was hit by a truck. All my typical symptoms of being glutened. To put it mildly, I can't be far from a bathroom. My only saving grace is that it's the weekend and I have 2 days to hopefully mostly recover enough to return to work.
