We are always skeptical about small kitchens using wheat flour but were impressed. They knew exactly which toppings were safe and took extra precautions preparing our food. The pizza was phenomenal and they even had a GF beer. We ate there twice in three days without getting sick. Will definitely be back again!

As a Jersey boy myself, I’m skeptical of getting good pizza outside the area. Generally very skeptical of any safe pizza for celiacs unless dedicated kitchen. I must say pizza at JB was very good. Also had an excellent GF beer from Seattle. While not a dedicated place they make use of dedicated space and oven to be as safe as possible. I was very happy with my meal there as were my non-GF family.

Delicious pizza - I forgot it was gluten free. My wife (celiac) ate it no problem. Called ahead to ask about cross contamination and they said everything is kept separate. The pizzas took about 25 minutes, so I think everything was made from scratch, which reduces cross contamination possibilities from having pizzas lying out. And the servers were friendly and efficient!

I went to Jersey Boys the first week in June 2023. I’d previously experienced significant medical diagnoses that led to a celiac disease diagnosis in August 2022. Since that time I’ve searched for pizza that was gluten free, safe and worthwhile. Jersey boys provided the best GF pizza I’ve had to date!! The staff announced there was a ‘celiac’ and assigned one person to ‘handle’ the pizza. They cooked the pizza in a separate oven and even suggested toppings that were GF and safe (i.e. no meatball since it was made with bread crumbs).
Long story short they did an incredible job to provide a Celiac safe experience and served the BEST GF pizza I’ve had since my diagnosis.

10/10! I can’t believe I thought I had to fly to NYC for excellent GF pizza. Love their pizza, love the salads, can’t wait to try the cheesesteak next! They have a “celiac” process, which includes cooking pizzas in a dedicated oven. The only reason I give it four hearts for celiac safety is because in the end, it is still a pizza joint with lots of flour. That said, I have never been I’ll after eating here.

Good crust, tasty pizza but more important the service. I ordered the “animal” pizza and a few minutes later a server came and told me it had meatballs that are not gf!!!

They were very careful to not cross contaminate. The pizza is delicious. The crust may be the best ever. It was a rosemary GF crust. So flavorful.

When a GF pizza is ordered, they wash hands, put on fresh gloves and take all ingredients from fridge instead of their assembly line. Then they cook the pizza in a dedicated oven.
I have celiac... But don't have a sensitivity... So I can't tell when I've consumed gluten until a week or two later.
They did earn that there's gluten in the air so they can't guarantee surfaces are GF.
Thry had 15-20 types of pizza that had GF options. (Any of those could be made GF). Today, tried the Reuben GF pizza... It was amazing. Haven't had a Reuben in four years.
Highly recommend. Will be coming back next time we visit town.

This is the BEST PIZZA I have ever had! I thought this pizza wasn’t gluten free when I first tried it because it was so delicious. This place is absolutely amazing! The gf pizza is only 10” but is still very filling AND you can get any topping!! Highly recommended!

We were visiting Glacier National Park and I found this gem. This is by far the best gluten free pizza I have ever had, the staff is super cautious of cross contamination, taking extra time to be safe, but they do have a disclaimer that flour might be in the air. I have celiac disease and had no reaction.

I’m allergic to gluten and milk. I ordered the gluten free pizza crust with toppings and no cheese. The server let me know to sub marinara for the regular pizza sauce b/c it contained cheese. The pizza is yummy! Also had a spinach salad on our second visit. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dine-in, takeout, delivery. Outdoor seating available.

I had a gluten free caprese pizza and it was delicious! I’m celiac and decided to give this place a try because it had good reviews (I’m generally afraid of pizza places because of cross contamination). I had no reaction afterwards!

My son has celiac and has not had any luck finding a trustworthy place to order pizza. He found his luck at J boys! He loved his pizza and most importantly did not have any reaction. The staff was knowledgeable about celiac from ordering to delivery. Their salads are amazing as well. Highly recommend this place.

My husband had the gluten free pizza and says it was amazing! Service is great too.
They have a separate gluten free pizza that worked well for my niece. The many choices of toppings is amazing!
