Do NOT eat at this location. They used to be very understanding with needing my sandwich to be made gluten free. I have celiac and they would treat it like a wheat/gluten allergy. I went in this evening and the employee started arguing with me that wiping down the slicer is not necessary, nor would they use a different slicer for my meat and cheese. So I walked out. Be warned that they might not take your gluten free sandwich seriously.

When you ask for gluten free bread, they ask if it's for allergy or preference. They will then wipe down all their surfaces, change their gloves, use fresh dedicated knives, never let the bread come in contact with the counter or cutting board, special condiment bottles, and just generally take all precaution that there is no cross contamination.
Yes
They do a great job of changing gloves and cleaning up before making my Udi Roll Sub
I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
