I tried to eat here. They grabbed a fresh new GF bread, but somewhere along the way their was cross contamination. They didn’t wipe anything down. They did change their gloves. The took the knife to the back, so I presume they cleaned it. They grabbed the top paper to put down for my sandwich. They cut the meat and the cheese. Then they went to the back to add the lettuce and tomatoes. I was really looking forward to eating this sandwich. 😭 It tested positive for cross contamination with my Gluten sensor. I could see the line, it was definitely cross contamination somewhere. I had the sand which dry with no Mayo, so I know that wasn’t it. I just want to warn others. Since all the other reviews were great.

It is great GF bread, but very little meat/condiments to go with it. About 2x more meat was needed to be sufficient.

I ordered online so I am not sure what measures were taken, but I an just intolerant and not celiac. I got the BLT and it was so tasty! The bread is so moist. Probably best gluten free bread I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Food was as ordered. Love the subs and the salads here. I indicated on the app that my son has a wheat allergy (he has celiac but wheat allergy seems to be more widely understood) and he did fine. No issues after eating there.

The workers here took time to wipe all equipment down and confirmed that all of their meats and cheeses were gluten free. I asked if they could grab the toppings from the back, and they were already on top of it! I felt very confident that my sandwich was safe to eat. I never ended up getting sick, so I would say it was a great success! Highly recommend.

Y’all. There are no words but I will try to find some. I am on a covid vacation that is supposed to be secluded and this area is INSANE. We all know how hard it is to find safe food under normal circumstances. I decided to try Jersey Mike’s bc the reviews were good and they were not doing dine in-I did not want to walk through a dining room full of unmasked people to get my food. The person who took my order was knowledgeable and confident in her answers to my questions. Everyone was masked and the mask mandate was enforced (it is not enforced in most places in this area). My food was made safely and promptly along with other gluten containing subs in my order. IT WAS AMAZING. I did not get sick. Going back tomorrow for dinner!

They change gloves and thoroughly clean surfaces before preparing gluten free sandwiches.
The food was great! I used their website to find which sub ingredients were gluten-free.

So excited to finally try this restaurant! I’m happy to get the very unusual sandwich with actual bread. The food was good. The bread did fall apart, but the sandwich was good. So happy!

Great subs or salad that are GF. Employees clean the area and the cutting machine as well as change their gloves😀
Yes
Any Jersey Mike's, never had any problems, very knowledgeable on gluten free procedures, very good subs
Kitchen staff did an excellent job cleaning and preparing my sub. They brought all toppings from the back and were very cautious in preparing my sandwich. I am extremely picky in how my food is prepared.
disappointed after seeing other reviews, went there. They didn't seem to know what to do ? they did clean the slicer througly, but prepared in same area as regular subs, used same knife, said no cheese, put cheese on it, when I said something , they just removed the cheese. All Jersey mikes seem to be the same ( at least that I have been to) they take some precautions but don't fully understand the needs and precautions needed for celiac. Not to mention that $15.00 for a basic sandwich is ridiculous ! worse that I couldn't eat it and wound up in the trash.

The staff was very cautious and did a great job preparing a safe sub for me. Highly recommend!

Sub was great! They cleaned the slicer and table very well. They made sure to wash their hands and change their gloves. They made sure bread did not get close to the gf sub. The gf sub is made by udi and is pretty good. Great place to eat at for us celiacs!

So awesome! I came in during the lunch rush, but they did not cut any corners. Super careful about preventing cross contamination and they have really great options!

I usually order through the app and pick it up so I can’t speak with full confidence on cross contamination, but the gluten free bread is really good. Best place to get a gluten free sandwich around the area. I don’t think I’ve ever felt sick from it.

I was IMPRESSED when I went in! They wiped the meat cutting machine down with soap & water, wiped all of the counters off, used a new, clean, & lined tray. I’ve been there twice & didn’t get sick either time!

Great people, careful with cross contamination every time I’ve been there so far. They only had 1 half of a GF bread left when I ordered a giant and they put the other half in a bowl for me and offered a free sandwich card for the trouble. Highly recommend every Jersey Mike’s for celiac-friendly sandwiches and this one was no exception.

I frequently get subs from this location and I have never had any issues. Gluten free bread is available as an option for each sandwich. Before preparation, the employees ask if it’s a preference or an allergy, and are extra careful not to cross contaminate if it’s an allergy (for me it’s an allergy). Everything is delicious! My favorite sandwich is the Classic Italian
