Staff cleaned all work surfaces for me and my family. GF rolls were prepackaged. They laid extra paper down for our sandwiches. Even though it was lunchtime and they were very busy and I was adding extra work they were extremely friendly. Will go there again.
Yes
The staff was not at all knowledgeable about cross contamination. I will not eat there again.
No
Buns come out wrapped in its own plastic. Guy behind the counter SCRUBBED the deli slicer and work surface. Also made our subs on their own paper. I would get mayo from packets to avoid cc. Definitely celiac friendly!!
Yes
The staff changed gloves and thoroughly cleaned the slicer.
I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.
— Not at all
My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
