Color coded cutting boards and knife for my celiac’s sandwiches. Changed gloves and had excellent knowledge of cross contact risks in celiac disease. So excited we have someplace to get sandwiches when we’re out and about!

Finally a sandwich shop that has actual GF subs! Friendly staff, very knowledgeable - offered to change gloves and wiped down counter prior to making my sandwich. Extra charge for gluten free bread but totally worth it, I'll be back!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
