Jersey Mike’s has just started to carry GF Udi’s sub buns. They took great care to make sure my food was safe for me. They Made my sandwich on a different counter and used different utensils. There was even a chart on the wall for proper steps to take for the GF breads and how to prepare them for the customer. The gentleman who made my sandwich was super nice and knowledgeable of the proper procedures! Can’t wait to come back again.
Gluten free bread in two sizes. Online menu gives a clear description of allergens. They used different knives to cut, felt safe, and staff was knowledgeable. It’s been a long time since I had a cheesesteak!!! Very good!
The staff was awesome! Greeted us when we came in and were super knowledgeable about celiac and their allergy protocols. When they were making our food i could hear them talking about extra careful cleaning and changing gloves. Made me feel so safe! Love this place and my sub was great too.
I got sick almost immediately after eating here. I told them it was an allergy and they used gloves and gluten free bread but something else didn’t click
Hit or miss on CC. They clean the slicer when you ask for GF. They use a separate knife and cutting board for the GF bread. But sometimes will use the same toppings from the regular subs so use their hands for lettuce from the same tub that others used while making regular subs.
Went twice, small gluten reaction the second time from CC.
Food was delicious.
