They were very rude when I asked for a gf sandwich. We walked out and will not be back!
They were extremely rude when I asked for the counter and machine to be wiped down. He asked why and I said I had a severe gluten allergy. He said there’s no gluten used on the cutter and I got a bowl so nothing needed to be wiped down. Then they proceeded to talk in front of my about how dumb is was for me to ask that. Highly disappointed and sad. Will not return to this location!
You can order on Udi’s bread or “in a tub”. Staff asked how allergic I was and asked if they needed to change gloves and clean work station. It took a while for them to get it ready, but the bread was soft. They also had Udi’s packaged GF cookies. I didn’t have any issues. I will be back.
The staff was awesome! Greeted us when we came in and were super knowledgeable about celiac and their allergy protocols. When they were making our food i could hear them talking about extra careful cleaning and changing gloves. Made me feel so safe! Love this place and my sub was great too.
I got sick almost immediately after eating here. I told them it was an allergy and they used gloves and gluten free bread but something else didn’t click
Hit or miss on CC. They clean the slicer when you ask for GF. They use a separate knife and cutting board for the GF bread. But sometimes will use the same toppings from the regular subs so use their hands for lettuce from the same tub that others used while making regular subs.
Went twice, small gluten reaction the second time from CC.
Food was delicious.
