We eat here regularly, it’s one of my Celiac daughter’s favorites. I specify that it’s a gluten allergy so they always use a specially marked knife and make sure that extra paper is used between the bread and any surface. Kid hasn’t gotten sick even once.

Told them I have celiac and asked if they could change their gloves and get fresh toppings from the back and they said they can’t and they can’t make a safe sandwich for me. One of the employees even told me he has celiac and wouldn’t recommend me eating. I did not risk it!

Amazing service and tastes sooooooooo good.

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
