Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

They seemed to know what they were talking about when we called to ask for info about subs. When we got there though I was disappointed. There were 3-4 people all working on subs. One of them was new. Man at the slicer changed him gloves then got a paper but when he started slicing the meat he put his gloved hands in bread crumbs from the previous order. Then came the toppings. All came from the same area as the other orders. And then the last girl,a new employee, used the same knife to put mayo on as the gluten filled subs. And to cut the sub. If you try it out watch them like a hawk.
