This has been my 2nd jersey mikes this month!! I got the GF bread, ham, provalone cheese, lettuce, onion, and red wine vinager, oil and banana peppers. The bread is a little dry but if you get the oil and vinager it makes it less dry. But from other GF breads I've tried from restaurants its in the top 5! The employees are very nice! They told me that there is ONLY ONE PERSON who speciallizes in preparing GF subs!They change their gloves plus the bread is in plastic packaging and they use a different knife and prep it on paper instead of where they prep wheat subs. I LOVE Jersey Mikes it is SO GOOD!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Jersey Mikes Subs!!!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
