Make sure the store manager is there and NOT someone training. Otherwise this location will shut down the grill, clean it, clean the prep area and all utensils for the gluten free subs.

I've only been sick from cross contamination from this store once in 4 years. The one time was because they didn't shut down the grill and clean it.

We have travelled and all Jersey Mikes on the East Coast have done a great job of providing a safe food environment and delicious rolls. However, twice in Maryland we have encountered “sorry, no gf rolls today”. Not sure why it’s different, but very frustrating. Both the Laurel and the Crofton store gave us the same response. Sad, but I plan to notify the company. Lesson learned: Call ahead to be sure they have gluten free rolls

They now have gluten-free bread nationwide! They have been very good about changing gloves and serving uncontaminated bowls. Occasionally a new person needs more training. But I’ve been going here for years and it’s one of my go-to places. Great subs and friendly staff.

So awesome! I came in during the lunch rush, but they did not cut any corners. Super careful about preventing cross contamination and they have really great options!

I usually order through the app and pick it up so I can’t speak with full confidence on cross contamination, but the gluten free bread is really good. Best place to get a gluten free sandwich around the area. I don’t think I’ve ever felt sick from it.

I was IMPRESSED when I went in! They wiped the meat cutting machine down with soap & water, wiped all of the counters off, used a new, clean, & lined tray. I’ve been there twice & didn’t get sick either time!

Great people, careful with cross contamination every time I’ve been there so far. They only had 1 half of a GF bread left when I ordered a giant and they put the other half in a bowl for me and offered a free sandwich card for the trouble. Highly recommend every Jersey Mike’s for celiac-friendly sandwiches and this one was no exception.

I frequently get subs from this location and I have never had any issues. Gluten free bread is available as an option for each sandwich. Before preparation, the employees ask if it’s a preference or an allergy, and are extra careful not to cross contaminate if it’s an allergy (for me it’s an allergy). Everything is delicious! My favorite sandwich is the Classic Italian
