They may change gloves, but the gf bread was stale. The sandwiches are prepared on counters that are not wiped down between sandwiches. I will not return to this location.

They have an entirely different station for cutting Gf bread. Different everything, no cross contamination at all. The staff is very knowledgeable on gluten and cross contamination. They will even clean the entire grill, so that you can have a philly- so there will be absolutely no chance of be glutened! Staff is so nice and makes you feel safe!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
