Good sub shop. GF rolls aren't bad but I just prefer a tub. Biggest concern is cross contamination for celiacs. They will use same knife, gloves, utensils for a sub in a tub. I've also seen condiments go from the bin to sub and back to the bin. Be aware when they are building your sub.
They were very good about preparing on a clean surface without my even asking.
I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
