The staff where super nice and happy to accommodate me and my gluten allergy. They literally stopped everything and clean down the line in order to make my sandwich. Now we just have to wait a few hours to see if this delicious sandwich bothers me.

Jersey Mike's just rolled out a gluten-free sub bun by Udis. Staff has been educated to wipe down the meat slicer and counter plus change gloves when making gluten-free subs. Nice to get a sub again since going GF!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
