This location was amazing. I ordered a hot sandwich and after confirming it was an allergy, they washed the grill before cooking my food! Always delicious

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I asked for GF Buns they asked if I had an allergy. I said yes I am celiac. Right away the employee changed gloves & got a separate tray to out mu sub on while he dressed it. The buns were moist and very tastey.

The staff is amazing about changing gloves and cleaning all equipment for customers with allergies. They use udis gluten free bread (although its a little extra $) The best place around to get a gluten free sub!

GF bread, gloves, careful to add toppings to limit contamination. BEST sub I’ve eaten since diagnosed with celiac.

GF sub rolls! And very happy to change gloves and use a clean surface to make the sandwich.

Had an amazing roast beef sub there - they were very careful, cleaned up the slicer and counter, washed hands, got a special mat, new gloves and confirmed with the next person that they had also changed gloves. And extremely tasty roast beef, got it Mike's way. Looking forward to visiting again soon, it's at all the locations local to me.

They now have gluten free sub rolls!!! Omg! Change their gloves and very accommodating!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
