This is not a GF sandwich shop. However, the employees go above and beyond to change their gloves, slice the meat on a separate meat slicer, take veggies fresh from the fridge and not the line to do their best not to cross contaminate. Not only that, they are great people that remember you and your food allergy and custom order. Best sandwich shop (in a bowl) I have found.

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
