My wife is gluten intolerant and she loves that she can get a sub sandwich with gluten free bread from here. They have been pretty good about taking extra precautions and wiping down their slicer and/or using a separate slicer when cutting the meats. They also do have squirt bottles for the condiments. I did catch a guy once making my wife's sandwich use the wrong mayo from their container for the regular sandwiches. He apologized and said that he knew better and remade the sandwich correctly. My wife is very sensitive and so far had not had an issue from here. If/when I order online, they do have an extra comment section, so I do spell our under her order "Gluten intolerant. Please take all precautions." Glad that they give enough space to write it out - other places don't.
I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
