Used the mayo from the line that touches the regular bread

They were careful about cross contamination when making our gluten free sub by a glove and prep space change but didn’t clean slicer or open a new meat or cheese. And then another server wrapped the sandwich at the end without a glove change. My celiac son ended up getting sick. They do sell pre-packed Udis gluten free cookies though.

They might offer gf but they have no other choice when they are out of gf buns. Worthless trip left empty handed
He cleaned the slicer, changed gloves, and laid down clean paper for a work space. I was so impressed and grateful for a lunch while traveling that I didnt worry about my food or getting sick later. Thank you!
Jersey Mikes has really yummy gluten free sandwiches. Whenever we want a quick bite to eat we go to Jersey Mike’s. Overall super yummy.

The gluten free subs are amazing! So happy they have gf bread! The staff was very careful with our order.
Pretty good sandwich and didn’t get sick. Husband picked one up for me otw home (which was sweet but I was pretty terrified to eat it lol). He assured me that they were super awesome about explaining that they’ve been trained and know about cc, etc... apparently so bc I survived unscathed.

Good about avoiding cross contact and stating allergies. Washed hands and changed gloves. Used a clean knife and seperate spatula for mayo. Use Udi's hoagie rolls that are packaged. Best sub sandwich I have had in a very long time!

They asked allergy/preference and changed their gloves, got fresh water, washed the slicer, prep area, and then changed their gloves again, brought out a special tray and a new knife, then made my sandwich. I have been to many Jersey Mike's, never had any issues at any of them, but never have I had that level of attention to detail.

Thankfully they have GF sub rolls (Udi’s are always dry!) The original Italian was tasty enough. I do love the freshness and the slice-as-it’s-ordered method.

FYI! They only have a gluten free prep station on week days. I went on the weekend and were unable to accommodate a separate prep area. I plan to return during the week and will update.
