Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered a sandwich with a gluten free bun. They asked if it was an allergy I said yes ( I have celiac but people take allergies more seriously) I watched as they cleaned all surfaces, changed their gloves used a separate knife and mayo. The sandwich was delicious and I had no issues!
