We eat here all the time and have never gotten sick! The team will swap out knives, cutting boards, and gloves and wipe down the counter before starting to make your sandwich if you tell them it is an allergy. Not a separate menu, but any sandwich can be made on GF Udi’s bread for an upcharge.
