They took extreme care preparing my sandwich in a separate area. He cleaned all equipment and changed his gloves. Condiments were untouched.

Do not go here if you are Celiac. I have been to other locations and the precautions at those establishments were much better. This location will wipe down the meat slicer, change gloves, and use a piece of parchment paper to cover the main work area. They use the exact same condiments and use gloved hands to grab the various items to put on your sandwich, so consequently those condiments are contaminated. They also use the same knife to cut the sandwiches and the same spreaders for the mayonnaise. At other locations, my sandwich was prepared with dedicated equipment and condiments. I do not trust this location at all and recommend Celiacs avoid this franchise location.

The Udi’s bread comes prepackaged. They took great care when I mentioned cross contamination, and changed their gloves, cleaned surfaces, and brought out fresh lettuce for my sandwich.

I have been in here multiple times and they are very knowledgeable about GF and cross contamination. I always order the tuna sandwich and they bring out a new knife and spreader. If it is busy, they will clean the different surfaces and then make my sandwich on a separate surface.

I usually order through the app and pick it up so I can’t speak with full confidence on cross contamination, but the gluten free bread is really good. Best place to get a gluten free sandwich around the area. I don’t think I’ve ever felt sick from it.

I was IMPRESSED when I went in! They wiped the meat cutting machine down with soap & water, wiped all of the counters off, used a new, clean, & lined tray. I’ve been there twice & didn’t get sick either time!

Great people, careful with cross contamination every time I’ve been there so far. They only had 1 half of a GF bread left when I ordered a giant and they put the other half in a bowl for me and offered a free sandwich card for the trouble. Highly recommend every Jersey Mike’s for celiac-friendly sandwiches and this one was no exception.

I frequently get subs from this location and I have never had any issues. Gluten free bread is available as an option for each sandwich. Before preparation, the employees ask if it’s a preference or an allergy, and are extra careful not to cross contaminate if it’s an allergy (for me it’s an allergy). Everything is delicious! My favorite sandwich is the Classic Italian
