Very knowledgable. They used a separate knife and made sure no cross contamination. Manager made everyone change gloves before handling my sub. I was impressed. :)

Very friendly staff! Although I would say I’m not sure if they cleaned the grill between regular bread and my udi’s gluten free sub. They did not have a dedicated grill for gluten free. They did change their gloves between touching gluten and my order.

Staff was knowledgeable and made mine completely separate from my daughter’s regular sandwich. Taste is decent (Udi’s bread) and holds up well. I will be back.

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
