They have gluten free sub bread! It's tasty. They are very good at preventing cross contamination. They clean the meat cutter, they place the bread on a paper, they use a designated knife, and they use mayo out of a squeeze bottle. For my own peace of mind, I also asked them to use toppings from the fridge (lettuce, pickles, etc.) I don't think any of the hot sandwiches would be safe but cold ones seem fine. I've eaten here twice and not gotten sick. Bread is an extra $1.50 for regular or $3 for giant size. Its expensive but worth it in my opinion.

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
