This was the best restaurant experience I've had since I was diagnosed last year. I told them I had a gluten allergy, and the staff immediately alerted the manager. She came out with wrapped slices of gluten-free bread and grabbed a clean bread knife. She then had the line wipe and sanitize every surface, including the meat slicer. After everyone changed their gloves, they started preparing my sub, and gave it to me carefully wrapped and labeled "GF." Highly, highly reccomend for celiacs.
