Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I saw LOTS of people loving this new sub with Udis GF bread so I decided to try it. I told them i was highly gluten sensitive and they went to the back and brought out the bread in a protective package, used a different knife to cut it and changed their gloves!! I got the GF sub with ham, provalone cheese, lettuce,onions, banana peppers and red wine vinegar. They prepared it on paper instead of the surface they prepared wheat subs. They took very great notice of Celiac and gluten sensitive people and they were very nice!! I ate the sub and it was AMAZING!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this for Celiac and gluten sensitive people!!!
