Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Preparer went to the back for a separate cutting board and knife. Meats went directly from slicer to my sandwich. Separate squeeze mayo so no risk of contamination during spreading. They pull tomato, lettuce etc from common containers so probably some risk there. Dedicated would be better.
