If you tell them your celiac, they will change gloves, wipe down counter and deli meat slicer. They are trying but they do not have a dedicated area for making gluten free sandwiches or for toasting bread. There is cross contamination for sure. The gluten free roll they use is okay but dry and too thick imo. Unless you ask for extra meat and condiments it will feel like your eating a thick dry roll with no flavor.
