Staff very knowledgeable about gluten free options for the sandwiches. I told him I was gluten free and tried to order chicken parm sandwich and he said that the chicken wasn’t gluten free. They use a separate knife with blue handle to cut gluten free sandwiches. My first time here and will make this a regular for me!
