It's hit or miss here... I've went there and they take great care to not cross contaminate and other times I have gone and they give attitude to have to go out of their way. It all depends on who's working that shift. Sometimes they will cut the meat on the slicer in the back and other times they will wipe the contaminated meat/cheese slicer down. I have gluten and dairy allergies so this gives me bad anxiety when eating out. They also frequently run out of Udis bread or they have also said they have it but its frozen. Not worth the risk with these type of infrequencies. So I steer clear of this location for now.
We go here all the time with no worries! They are happy to change gloves, fully wipe surfaces (including the meat/cheese slicer), get new utensils to cut the sandwich, and get ingredients from the back or condiments from a squeeze bottle instead of a tub. I’ve only ever had experiences where the employee was ready and willing to make my sandwich safe for me. PLUS you can buy a sub in small, regular, OR even giant because the bread comes giant!
They were very rude when I asked for a gf sandwich. We walked out and will not be back!
