Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I never had problems before with the sub in a tub, but since they rolled out the udis bread, they are awesome! They wipe down the equipment and the prep space and keep everything on top of the paper and change gloves. I never say anything more than that I have a severe allergy (I know that can be a controversial way to explain it, but it’s easier in simple interactions for me) and they get right to cleaning. Never been sick once, and I’m pretty sensitive!
