They offer Udi’s gluten-free subs as a bread option ! Moreover, they asked if it was an allergy or preference, and then they seemed to know exactly what to do: They wiped the crumbs off the counter, changed their gloves, put a paper down under the sandwich, took the toppings from clean tubs, and labeled the wrapped sandwich at the end! Each person who touched the sandwich put on new gloves. I was impressed and appreciative! I wonder if other locations of this chain have the same training?
