They keep the gluten free rolls and condiments in a separate container in the back. When you mention Celiac disease, they wipe down the slicer, counter, have one person change gloves and fixes your sandwich. The manager made sure they took it seriously and wiped everything down. They even have a separate knife to cut the sub! I was impressed!! They have me back as a regular!!
