Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Went with a mixed group. Son and I are gluten free, other kids not. I ordered tub for the others and explained needing really clean/celiac gluten free for me and my son, tuna for him and club for me.

The server immediately wiped down all the surfaces, then put down fresh paper on top of that, in order to make our gf subs. He used clean knives and gloves and just obviously was careful and mindful. For the mayonnaise they used a squeeze bottle instead of the normal serving knife and the checkout cashier was also extra careful as she finished preparations.

We wiped down the earring table ourselves and had no problems getting drinks and chips.

Overall, one day later, no ill effects. It was the first sub ever for my son who thought it was fantastic. First sub for me in like 6 years.
