Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

They were excellent in being so careful about cross contamination! The best I’ve seen yet! They wiped the counter down and the meat slicer, changed their glovers, used a totally different knife, placed everything on a tray and used a totally different mayo bottle! And the sub was the best I’ve had in a long time! Huge kudos to them!!
