We went during off hours to try the first time. They were very accommodating. They wiped the slicer clean and the work area around. Still crumbs around, but after wiping they changed gloves and put down a clean paper to set GF bun on. Caught meat and cheese from slicer and laid directly on the bun. They have a separate knife and squeeze bottle of Mayo for GF hoagies. We opted to not do any other toppings because they did not have separate and didn’t offer to get new from the back. My daughter likes pretty simple sandwiches so not an issue for us. No symptoms of cross contamination and we are 6 hours out from her eating it. Nice to have another fast food option available.

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
