The super positives are the staff stops everything, cleans the line, slicers etc. They use a gluten free sub roll and keep it on its own paper. However, like a previous post, Very dry and brittle. They can’t do anything hot because they can’t close the grill down and they do gluten items on it. Staff does a good job, but you are completely limited to cold sandwiches. It will not stop me from going back but wish the bread was less dry.

The staff was very knowledgeable about their gf options, friendly and upbeat despite the wonderfully extensive lengths they go to, to “sanitize” the food prep area. I’ve been eating here for months without any contamination or any errors with my orders. Excellent, delicious subs (they use Udi’s here)!!!!!
The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
