Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

They are not celiac friendly. They were not careful at all with my sandwich. They did grab a piece of paper and a clean knife to make the sandwich however when he laid down the plastic to build the sandwich the paper folded under and just straightened it out instead of getting a new piece of paper. He also weren't careful about touching underneath and the edges of the paper where there was bread crumbs all over and then touching my sandwich.
