I have celiac disease and was excited to see the good reviews. However, while waiting in line, I did not think this was a safe place to eat. Although everyone was wearing gloves, it was the same pair for every order. Including grabbing regular bread, and then reaching for all the toppings. I saw someone put a slice of cheese back. Even if they wiped the counters, it’s directly where the cut and prepare the subs so there a huge chance of cross contamination.

Sandwich prep area was a cross contamination disaster. Watched an employee remove ingredients from a sub and place them back in bin. 0 stars

Staff was very nice and careful changing gloves, knife, wiping down slicer and placing paper on counter Big effort much appreciated
No lettuce wraps at this location, but they do have gluten free white bread (sub roll) available, $1.50 extra for regular size sub, $3.75 extra for giant sub. I got the philly and it was pretty tasty!
The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
