*Celiac* Had it the first time today and I was so impressed I didn't have to ask for them to change their gloves they use a seperate knife to cut the GF bread, the GF bread is individually wrapped until used. They also odder a wide variety of chips AND Udis cookies!! I will be back and was very happy and with no ill effects several hours after eating. A++
